Owners of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Applicant”) who are defined as data subject in the Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (PDP Law) are entitled to make certain demands regarding the processing of their personal data as set out in Article 11 of the PDP law. Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the PDP law, we act as a data controller and any application to our company in connection with these rights shall be personally sent to us in Turkish and by such methods below defined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”).

An application should feature the following information pursuant to the Communiqué on Terms and Conditions for Applications to Data Controller (published in the Official Gazette issued on 10/03/2018 under no. 30356).
Moreover, those documents and information about the subject matter shall be attached to the application.
If you wish to make an application regarding your personal data, you are required to complete the following application form in full. This application form is designed to determine your personal data, if any, that is processed by us and to reply it correctly and within the legal terms by setting out your relation with us. We reserve our right to demand additional documents and information (ID card or driver’s license) to verify your ID and authorization level in order to avoid legal risks that may arise from an unfair and unlawful data disclosure and, in particular, to ensure the security of your personal data. We do not assume any liability for any request in the event that your info about your request sent via the form is not correct and updated or an unauthorized application is filed.
Your applications sent to us shall be replied to free of charge in writing and at the latest within thirty days following the receipt by us of your request, depending on the nature of such request, pursuant to Article 13/2 of the PDPL. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no fee shall be charged up to ten pages in case of a written reply, and if ten pages are exceeded, a transaction fee (1 TL) as determined by the Committee shall be charged for each excess page.
