Yes; we offer in-person pickup from our Istanbul Dudullu OIZ warehouse and Karakoy branch, by appointment. Our Ankara, Izmir and Thessaloniki offices also offer on-site services.

Can I call someone directly for a price quote and stock inquiry, or do I need to fill out a form?

Both are possible. On the other hand, it is more efficient to call our office in the relevant city for a quicker response, while using the contact form is more efficient for comprehensive project proposals.

Is there a special phone line for technical support?

Technical (FAE) support requests can be submitted via the contact form under the "Technical Support" category, or through one of our sales representatives.

Is it possible to work with Özdisan from abroad?

Accepted Answer

Yes; our Greece office in Thessaloniki (Özdisan Electronics Greece SA) serves the European market. Our contact form can be used for international requests.

How can I track the shipping status after placing an order?

Shipping tracking information is sent via e-mail once the order has been handed over to the carrier. Our customer service can be contacted for detailed information.

What are your working hours?

All our offices are open between 08:30-18:00 on weekdays. Orders placed before 14:00 are handed over to the cargo on the same day.
