Article 1 – Parties

a) Özdisan Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., located at DES Sanayi Sitesi 104 Sokak A07 Blok No: 54-56 Yukarı Dudullu / Ümraniye / İstanbul - Turkey, operating the website www.ozdisan.com (hereinafter referred to as 'SELLER').

b) The internet user who registers as a member of the website www.ozdisan.com (hereinafter referred to as the 'Member').

Article 2 – Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement outlines the terms of use for the website www.ozdisan.com owned by the Seller.

Article 3 – Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided while registering on the website www.ozdisan.com is accurate and acknowledges that the Seller will indemnify all damages resulting from any false information provided.

3.2. The Member shall not share the password provided by www.ozdisan.com with any third party. The member is solely responsible for the use of this password. Any liabilities arising from unauthorized use of the password will be borne by the member.

3.3. The Member agrees to comply with all applicable laws while using the website www.ozdisan.com. The member will be solely responsible for any legal or criminal consequences that may arise from violations.

3.4. The Member shall not use the website www.ozdisan.com for any unlawful purposes, including disturbing or harassing others, infringing intellectual or copyright rights, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the public order or general morals.

3.5. The Member declares and undertakes that they are not subject to economic sanctions by Turkey, the European Union, or the United States and agrees not to resell or use products purchased from Özdisan in violation of these sanctions.

3.6. The opinions and statements made by members on www.ozdisan.com are personal and solely represent the views of the member. The Seller shall not be held responsible for any damages that third parties may suffer due to the opinions or statements of members.

3.7. The Seller is not responsible for the unauthorized access or use of member data by third parties. The Member agrees not to hold the Seller liable for any damages arising from the use of the www.ozdisan.com website.

3.8. The Member undertakes not to access or use other users' data without authorization.

3.9. If the Member violates any of the terms of this Agreement, they shall be personally liable for any legal or criminal consequences and indemnify the Seller from any related claims.

3.10. The Seller reserves the right to delete the membership and data of any member without prior notice.

3.11. The website www.ozdisan.com and its design are owned by the Seller, and all intellectual property rights are protected by law. Members may not use or modify any elements of the website without permission.

3.12. The Seller may collect information such as the member’s IP address, browser type, and location data for improving the user experience or for legal reasons.

3.13. The Seller may disclose personal information to legal authorities when required by law or when deemed necessary to protect its rights.

3.14. While efforts are made to keep the website free from viruses, the Member is responsible for their own antivirus protection and will not hold the Seller liable for any system issues.

3.15. Persons under 18 (eighteen) years old cannot make purchases on www.ozdisan.com.

3.16. The Seller reserves the right to modify or delete any content or services on the website without prior notice.

3.17. The Seller may modify, update, or cancel the terms of this Agreement without prior notice.

3.18. The parties accept that all records of the Seller shall serve as definitive evidence in disputes.

3.19. The Seller reserves the right to send informational emails and SMS to the members’ registered email addresses and phone numbers.

Article 4 - Termination of the Agreement

This Agreement remains in effect until the member's membership is canceled. The Seller may terminate the Agreement unilaterally if the Member violates any terms.

Article 5 - Resolution of Disputes

In the event of any disputes arising from this Agreement, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Anatolia shall have jurisdiction.

Article 6 - Enforcement

By registering as a member, the Member acknowledges that they have read and accepted all terms of this Membership Agreement. This Agreement is deemed executed and effective at the moment of membership registration.
