How Does The Process Work?

1. Fill out the PCB ordering form
2. Upload your Gerber file to the system
3. Select details such as number of layers, thickness, coating type, color etc.
4. The price is calculated instantly, and manufacturing is initiated after approval
5. The boards will be delivered to the courier company within the specified time

Details of Creating a PCB Order:

• The PCB ordering sheet receives the board design with the Gerber file. All the manufacturing details are selected on a single screen.
• The length and width fields are entered in millimeters. The minimum ordering batch is five pieces, which increases according to request in question.
• The FR-4, aluminum or CEM-1 options meet complex thermal requirements. Each material is selected from RoHS-compliant stock.
• There are options from one layer to six layers. Multi-layer design protects signal integrity.
• The thickness range varies between 0.8 mm and 2 mm. High current lines with a copper thickness of 35 μm or 70 μm are supported.
• A green, red, black, blue or white mask identifies the board. White or black silk screen printing improves readability.
• HASL, lead-free HASL, ENIG or OSP coating keeps the soldering quality stable. Gold-plated ENIG offers a long shelf life.
• The optional stencil selection provides error-free solder paste distribution. The quotation form opens on the same screen.
• In fast manufacturing mode, the boards are prepared in one to two weeks. Trackable shipment adapts to the manufacturing schedule.
• A team of experienced engineers performs Gerber check before manufacturing. Unsuitable layers receive a revision recommendation.
• Documents in PDF, JPG, PNG, ZIP, or RAR format are added to the system (max. file size: 25 MB). Secure server infrastructure protects data privacy.
